Summit Medical Office Building — Warren

This was another in a series of projects for this highly progressive client. This undertaking was highlighted by the intense involvement The Monahan Company had throughout the design and engineering process; which ultimately lead to a very successful project that addressed both functional needs as well as aesthetic concerns. The entire exterior of this multi-tenant facility was completely transformed while maintaining uninterrupted access to the various businesses. Paralleling these efforts was the interior build-out of approximately half the facility for a new oral surgery suite as well as corporate offices for our client.
