A qualified candidate will have experience building commercial projects in a diverse field of market sectors. They oversee construction in the field, provide leadership to field foremen, manage trade partners, and ensure successful completion of trade work. Superintendents also work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality project completion.

The Project Manager is the primary leader of the project and is directly accountable for the safety, financial performance, and team development on site. They lead the project team in the construction of the entire project. This position is responsible to provide effective leadership to the project staff and ensure quality and timely completion.

The Estimator is the primary leader of the pre-construction process of the project. They are responsible for generating complete and comprehensive estimates, budgets, construction schedules, quantity takeoffs, scopes of work, and a thorough bid document review process.

This is generally the initial step in taking an office project leadership role. They work closely with the Project Manager to ensure safe, timely, quality completion of projects. May be solely responsible for a segment of a project.

This position is generally the initial step in taking a field leadership role. The Assistant Superintendent works closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure safe, timely, quality completion of projects. May be solely responsible for a segment of a project.

The Cost Engineer is generally the initial step in taking a leadership role in the pre-construction process of the project. They work closely with the Estimator to assist in generating estimates, budgets, construction schedules, quantity takeoffs, and scopes of work.
