Newberry Hall

Historical restoration of former nurses dormitory originally constructed in 1898. When completed, the facility will contain 28 loft-style apartments. Each will retain much of the original charm, including extensive re-use of wood trim, windows and doors. The facility will be fully modernized including a fully integrated geothermal heating and cooling system.
