Woodward Garden Apartments

Located in Detroit’s Midtown at the corner of Woodward and Selden, the Woodward Garden Apartments is a new 5-story, mixed-use development project. The first floor is approximately 15,800 square feet of retail space. The remaining four floors house 61 apartment units and an outside garden space. A 4,000 square foot basement dedicated to tenant storage is also part of the project.
