Strathmore

Historic renovation of the abandoned Strathmore Hotel located in Midtown. The building was renovated into 129 residential living units some of which were to be classified as affordable housing. Exterior work of the building included new historic windows, masonry restoration, new skylight, roofing and construction of an adjacent parking lot. Interior work included full abatement of the building, along with complete interior demolition, with the exception of historic corridor elements. Along with the buildings new 129 apartments, the first floor includes future retail space and a large Community Room that required historic restoration.
