"In 2007, Regina High School hired The Monahan Company to coordinate the renovation of a 40 year old school in Warren, MI. They did a great job working with the architect, coordinating the bids from the subs, overseeing the day-to-day work of the subs, and keeping me informed of job status and budget issues on a regular basis. We worked well together and they really had Regina’s best interest at heart. We met all our deadlines and passed all our inspections thanks to the attention to detail provided by the Monahan team. The newly renovated school opened on time in August 2007 and we are very pleased with the final outcome.
