The Sanctuary at Fraser Villa is a 2-story addition to the existing Fraser Villa facility. The new addition includes 48 private patient rooms surrounding a center dayroom/dining room core. A 3-story atrium open to a skylight above provides natural light to all floors. The lower level provides a café, exercise room, therapy pool and full treatment area for the residents. This new addition makes the Sanctuary at Fraser Villa a state of the art senior living center.
